Celadon collects nonpublic personal information about its customers from the following sources: information obtained from the customer application; information about the customer’s transactions with Celadon or other third parties, including other broker-dealers; and information Celadon may receive from a consumer reporting agency. Celadon does not use the names of its customers for any marketing purposes. Celadon does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about its customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. Celadon restricts access to the personal and account information of its customers to those employees, affiliates and third party service providers who need that information in order to perform day-to-day business functions and provide financial products and services requested by the customer. Celadon maintains commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the privacy of its customers’ nonpublic personal information.
