Scott Barr joins Institutional Sales Division
Celadon Financial Group announced today that Scott Barr, an institutional sales trader whose career spans over 30 years of equity trading experience, has accepted a position as VP-Institutional Accounts. Mr. Barr provides sales and trading coverage to institutional accounts and generates proprietary idea flow for institutions with a focus on activist and catalyst driven situations. Mr. Barr previously served as VP-Institutional Equity Trading & Research for MKM Partners. Before that he was Director/Investment at Oppenheimer & Co., advising high net worth clients on yield enhancement strategies. Previously he worked for Citigroup Global Markets and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Barr received a B.A. degree from the University of Vermont.
